The focus with these herbal remedies will be to reduce symptoms and/or treat a health concern(s) head on. These remedies have been used for generations to improve and maintain overall health as well.
Nutritional Guidance Sessions (Virtual Session)
Working together with the practitioner through using nutrient dense foods to reduce inflammation, restore the gut, regain balance within the gut microbiome, and to alleviate physical and emotional symptoms. Food plans will be presented and provided that are tailored to your specific needs.
Wellness Coaching (Virtual Session)
An in-depth discussion between you and the practitioner on your health concerns and introducing a customized treatment plan that incorporates different wellness tips to apply daily or on the go for a healthier lifestyle.
