In-Office Treatment

Acupuncture

  • A form of alternative medicine involving thin needles inserted into the body at acupuncture points. 

 

Acupressure with Essential Oils 

  • The practitioner applies light to moderate pressure on pressure points throughout the body with the use of essential oils

 

Cupping

  • Use of glass/plastic/porcelain cups to create a local suction on the surface of the skin to mobilize blood flow to promote healing. 

 

Ear Seeds

  • Natural fruit seeds (vaccaria) that are applied to one or both ears with long lasting adhesive tape that stimulates acupressure points. This form of therapy is considered a non-invasive form of acupuncture.

Moxibustion

  • The burning of herb mugwort to increase blood circulations, reduce pain, improve digestive issues, balance gynecological disorders through the application of warmth from the herb.

Virtual Sessions

Herbal Medicine Consultations (Virtual Session)

  • The discussion between practitioner and client on the use of herbal medicine or herbal remedies  that can be made at home such as teas, herbal formulas, salves, herbal mixtures, and more. The focus with these herbal remedies will be to reduce symptoms and/or treat a health concern(s) head on.  These remedies have been used for generations to improve and maintain overall health as well.

 

Nutritional Guidance  Sessions (Virtual Session)

  • Working together with the practitioner through using nutrient dense foods to reduce inflammation, restore the gut, regain balance within the gut microbiome, and to alleviate physical and emotional symptoms. Food plans will be presented and provided that are tailored to your specific needs.

 

Wellness Coaching (Virtual Session)

  • An in-depth discussion between you and the practitioner on your health concerns and introducing a customized treatment plan that incorporates different wellness tips to apply daily or on the go for a healthier lifestyle.
